DTC Wine Workshops and CANVAS (Concierge Alliance Napa Sonoma) team up once again to present two workshops in 2017. This half-day, hands on workshop led by DTC Wine Workshops founder Sandra Hess, will provide attendees the steps required to successfully establish and manage a Brand Ambassador program. Attendees will hear latest case studies, receive a “Brand Ambassador Checklist” and attend breakout sessions.
