In this hands-on workshop, Sandra Hess will guide attendees through a step-by-step approach for creating meaningful consumer connections through storytelling. Sandra will share proven methods for developing personalized high-impact stories that appeal to a variety of wine consumers both in-person and in between visits. The workshop includes a half-day of instruction, one white-board problem solving session and a Key Points Checklist. Attendees will receive actionable tools that can be shared with respective teams and implemented immediately.
