In this episode, Christopher Huber will share insights into “Savvy Selling”

Agenda:

Selling doesn’t mean being aggressive. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. Author and consultant Jeffrey Gitomer highlights a compelling perspective, “People don’t like to be sold, but they love to buy.” Embracing this view on which to build both confidence and competence is paramount for the style of selling we employ in the wine business.

This webinar will equip you to further hone your craft by exploring these four elements:

  • Connect & Build Rapport – Establish trust and engage in guest-centered dialogue (not monologue)
  • Seek to Understand – Know who’s in front of you. Ask savvy questions and tune into “hear offers.
  • Present to Entice – Equip yourself with a clear understanding of guests’ values and what’s motivating them to buy,  then present relevant offers with authentic enthusiasm.
  • Create Opportunity to Buy – “Closing” is a process, not an event. Guests buy wine and wine club memberships because of their perceived benefits. Help them navigate their buying choices by being a trusted advisor and illustrating both the value and the benefits of each option.
