Description: The half-day workshop is ideal for winery owners, managers and staff responsible for direct wine sales, customer retention and brand marketing activities. Each attendee will leave with a clear understanding of how to manage an e-commerce website, email marketing program and social channels to grow direct wine sales and retain loyal customers.
