Description: The half-day workshop is ideal for winery managers responsible for direct wine sales, customer retention and brand marketing activities. DTC Wine Workshops Founder Sandra Hess will share the “Dos and Don’ts of DTC Wine Sales.” Each attendee will leave with a clear understanding of how to manage an e-commerce website, email marketing program and social channels to grow direct wine sales and retain loyal customers.
