DIRECT WINE SALES & MARKETING MANAGERS: Get a jump-start on Holiday Sales and capitalize on the busiest buying season of the year.

This hands-on workshop session will be led by Sandra Hess, founder of DTC Wine Workshops, and will provide winery management teams with the following tools to grow direct wine sales and retain loyal customers:

  1. Create conversion tools for the tasting room staff that appeal to the busy holiday shopper by making it EASY TO BUY.
  2. Set up a series of promo codes that will transform winery visitors to online buyers and beyond.
  3. Implement an effective marketing plan that will cater to buyers by segment including top 25%, repeat buyers and first-time visitors.
  4. Set up gift packs, bundles and gift cards in your online store that customers WANT!
  5. Tips for preparing Corporate Gift Packs and order forms for multiple orders.

Each workshop session includes an online training session (1.5 hours) as well as a One-On-One Coaching Session (1 hour) with an e-Commerce specialist to configure promo codes, marketing messages and e-Commerce email templates. Attendees receives a DTC Holiday Wine Sales Checklist that can be shared with sales staff.
