In Workshop #2 of the three-part series, Sandra Hess, founder of DTC Wine Workshops will present best practices for leveraging technology and improved processes to create more meaningful conversations in between visits and exceptional in-person experiences. Each attendee will receive a DTC Customer Retention Checklist, review latest case studies and will attend two break out sessions with hands-on exercises.
