4. Clean up databases, customer lists and ensure that proper segmentation is set up to market to customers based on preferences, lifetime value and buying history.
5. Conduct a website audit. Shop your website to understand how new customers and repeat visitors experience the shopping tools, navigation bars, reservation options and online promotions.
