Many wineries are adopting the goal of building a 360-degree view of the customer. The challenge to achieving this is to capture all customer touch points. Touch points can include tasting room visits, wine club activities, shopping cart behavior, telephone interactions and social media engagement. When all interactions between a winery and a consumer can be captured, then a winery can leverage that information to engage consumers whenever they are at a point of sale. Three wineries will discuss what they have done, and what technologies they are using, to put them on the road to achieving a 360 View.
