Heidi Dittloff has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the industries of direct to consumer wine, real estate, banking, and publishing.  In her most current position in the wine industry, she oversees the hospitality and events program as a consultant for a local vineyard and tasting room in Healdsburg. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding outreach programs and partnerships.  

Prior to coming down to California from Washington state in 2019, Heidi oversaw the business development for Collabra Technology, a real estate sales and marketing platform expanding brands globally by creating strategic partnerships for enterprise level business to business adoption and managed sales teams.

In 2015 she was recruited to California from the East cCoast by Alain Pinel Realtors as the VP of Marketing, overseeing all the marketing and collateral from print to digital,  launching new companywide branding and marketing programs that targeted new segments and improved visibility of poor-performing territories. Prior to Alain Pinel, Heidi worked as Marketing Director for two other real estate firms, overseeing all the advertising and marketing for offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 

Over the years, she has been elected to numerous boards and committees including the Christies International Real Estate Marketing Committee, and in 2013, Heidi won Marketing Director of the Year for marketing and advertising strategy presented by Shore Builder’s Association of Central New Jersey and has received several other awards for marketing and design.  She is also a member of La Chaine Des Rotisseurs and in 2017 was a member of the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley chapter.   

Today, Heidi serves winery teams with development of strategic marketing plans and activities that directly increases sales and consumer acquisition rates. While Heidi enjoyed her time in the corporate marketing world, she has found her true calling supporting small and family-run family wineries as a trusted advisor.
